We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to support our Production Planning & Control activities. The role involves coordinating production schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring material availability, and maintaining smooth communication between Planning, Production, Cutting, Assembly, and Stores.

• Coordinate daily production activities across Planning, Production, Cutting, Assembly, and Stores.
• Communicate production priorities, schedules, changes, and urgent requirements.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on pending quantities.
• Coordinate with Raw Material Stores to ensure timely material availability.
• Track planned vs. actual production and identify delays or shortages.
• Ensure smooth movement of cut components from Cutting to Assembly.
• Prepare daily production and material status reports.
• Follow up on pending actions and escalate delays or production issues.
• Maintain accurate production planning and tracking records.
• Support daily and weekly production review meetings.

• 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, planning, or stores coordination.
• Basic understanding of production processes and material flow.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is preferred.
