Provide technical support for Cartessa’s aesthetic laser and medical devices. The role involves installing, aligning, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while working directly with customers. It is a field-based position requiring up to 75% regional travel and occasional national travel.

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person
• Install aesthetic lasers and medical devices
• Align and calibrate equipment
• Diagnose and repair device problems
• Troubleshoot customer issues
• Develop strong technical knowledge of Cartessa products
• Work with the service team to improve service processes
• Improve overall customer experience
• Travel throughout the assigned region and occasionally nationally

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Laser Technology, Photonics, or related field
• Experience with medical or industrial laser technology
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-service mindset
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Field Service experience preferred
