Production Associate responsible for manufacturing medical devices in a GMP-compliant environment.

Operates and monitors production equipment while following SOPs and safety procedures.

Performs cleanroom assembly, product inspection, sampling, packaging, and shipping activities.

Maintains accurate production records and ensures products meet quality and specification requirements.

• Manufacture products according to GMP, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and systems.
• Monitor chemical reactions, gauges, signals, and process conditions.
• Handle hazardous materials and waste according to regulations.
• Perform cleanroom assembly and device-handling activities.
• Record process data, test results, and instrument readings.
• Collect product samples for laboratory analysis.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and shipping activities.
• Inspect products and containers for specification compliance.
• Identify and report rejected or nonconforming products.
• Make operating adjustments as directed by the Shift Supervisor.

• High School graduate with 3+ years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or medical device cGMP compliant production/pilot plant or recent college graduate with 0 years of experience.
• Good written and verbal language skills and ability to follow SOPS
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility and attention to detail
• cGMP and clean room experience is a plus
