We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy operations in Nalgonda. The role involves bulk and blue-collar hiring, field recruitment, candidate mobilization, interview coordination, onboarding, and manpower planning. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience and be willing to travel locally for hiring activities.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy operations.
• Manage bulk and blue-collar hiring for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and warehouse manpower.
• Conduct field recruitment, walk-ins, and candidate mobilization.
• Coordinate interviews, joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle New Store Opening (NSO) hiring within defined timelines.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Build pharmacy college and local hiring networks.
• Promote job openings through social media and job portals.
• Maintain manpower fill rates and recruitment trackers.

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in bulk or blue-collar hiring preferred.
• Experience in field recruitment, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and candidate mobilization.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Proficiency in Naukri, social media hiring channels, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
• MBA preferred; graduates with relevant recruitment experience may also apply.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
