We are seeking a motivated HVAC Junior Technician to support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems and engineering utilities at its pharmaceutical formulation plant in Daman. The role involves assisting with Air Handling Units (AHUs), chilled water systems, exhaust blowers, condensing units, and cleanroom environmental controls. Responsibilities include filter cleaning and replacement, monitoring temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure and air velocity, supporting preventive and breakdown maintenance, and maintaining accurate engineering records. The successful candidate will follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ALCOA+ data integrity principles, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and approved maintenance procedures to help ensure reliable utilities and compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

HVAC System Operations:

• Assist senior technicians in operating and monitoring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Chilled Water Systems, Exhaust Blowers, and Condensing Units.

Filter Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Perform routine cleaning, washing, drying, and replacement of pre-filters, intermediate filters, and HEPA filters across cleanroom suites and technical areas.

Environmental Parameter Monitoring:

• Help monitor and record environmental parameters—temperature, relative humidity (RH), room differential pressures, and air velocity readings—across processing and packaging areas.

Preventive Maintenance Support:

• Assist in executing scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks on AHUs, ducting systems, dampers, drive belts, cooling coils, and blower fan motors.

Cleanroom Differential Pressure Control:

• Inspect magnehelic gauges, pressure transmitters, and air balancing dampers daily to support stable cleanroom pressure cascades across Grades A/B/C/D.

Breakdown & General Repairs:

• Support senior staff during emergency breakdown maintenance, belt tension adjustments, bearing replacements, and motor alignments.

Logbook & Daily Maintenance Documentation:

• Record real-time readings, parameter logs, filter cleaning records, and maintenance activities in logbooks adhering strictly to ALCOA+ data integrity principles.

Work Area Housekeeping & 5S:

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, clean tools, and ensure proper 5S organization inside AHU rooms, technical chases, and engineering workshops.

Audit Readiness & Cleanroom Hygiene:

• Ensure AHU rooms and technical service areas are continuously maintained in a clean, organized, and audit-ready state for internal and regulatory inspections.

EHS & Permit Compliance:

• Strictly comply with site Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and follow Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols for height work, hot work, and electrical safety.
